There are still some High end sales going on but not in great numbers , one would have to say that Brexit,an Election and punative Stamp Duty are the perect storm and with most Middle Eastern clients returning home for Ramadan that section of the market is pretty quiet.Rentals remains solid but I would expect the market to remain as is till after the election.
